Wow, I'm home for the first time in a while. Last week Steve (Dave) and I went to Paris. It was beautiful, we saw everything I'd hoped for. It was great to get out of the country for a bit, as much as I love the sights and smells and underground signal failures of good old London.

Last week saw me doing some work experience with Ruth, a good friend of mine. I can now operate a photo developing machine, use a "dark bag" and photoshop studio photos a little. I also went swimming for the first time in years. Wow, i really can't swim. She has an awesome cat called mao who curled up with me and another called Izzy who helped us make a Neo magazine manga competition entry.

In manga news I've finished inking our Jiman entry, it's just waiting on Steve's awesome toning! Gonna be win.

I've just got back form a great weekend in Sheffield with Caz and Deb (Lu and Treh), involving a van full of naked men on the M1, bags of thistles and giant glasses. I'm not even lying. I may even (le gasp!) make some comics about it!

Tis about all for now, love you all.

We've both had a productive few days; I started to relearn the piano, I've been reading and cooking a little and exercising some... free time is awesome. Why do I have free time? Because I've finished my course... I'm just waiting on the letter to tell me that I'm a qualified teacher of primary school children!

Anyway, in my burst of productivity, I've made a forum for my linkshell buddies from Final Fantasy XI; I wanted to do it a long time ago, back in 2006, but there weren't enough people in the linkshell and thus not enough interest. Now I've got about 14 people who might potentially join, and the number keeps growing. If you want to check it out for curiousity's sake, or you know how to fix a problem I'm having with float tags, head on over to HERE.

Susan has uploaded her portfolio HERE and is taking commissions; for rates and terms, go check out that link, as well as just to look at all her awesome artwork!

The latest strip is very seasonal. Only 5 months til Christmas! Take a look here.

For some reason I actually have this song on my itunes. o_o

In other news I had a sort of craft spasm and made a bag out of strawberry print vinyl and a red kat hat, both of which are in the TSW shop! Maybe I can justify buying that strawberry material... ¬_¬

The latest Ti Si Wi strip is a true story. See the squid here!

Also, i've managed to track down some pictures of the art my friend Nana and I drew on the windows of the Tenderpixel Gallery for the Trespass magazine launch. Take a peek on the right.

I've just managed to get myself out of Imperial College for good, after spending a week working with my group to get our project working. It's pretty much there, our supervisor is taking it home to poke it, test it and perfect it with any luck.

It's taking a while to sink in. We did our final presentation this morning, only made the seminar room a little wet and stayed within the time by some miracle. Our awesone super duper greenhosue watering system looks like the back of my computer on a bad hair day but the thing damn well works! Well, almost. Pretty much.

So yes. 3 years of Imperial College is more than enough. I just have to sit at home and really really hope that i've got a 2:2 so I can get myself into the Royal College of Art.

I can't wait.

Hells yes.

Oh! Expect comics.
